The Kleanwise processing plant is located at Urse to cater any customer from any part of Pune. Our turnaround time is 24/48 hours, according to the particular customer’s need.
Machinery
The set up consists of modern laundry machinery supplied from reputed manufacturer – the American Laundry Machinary Corp. The set up consists of Washer Extractors, Dryers, Calendering Machines, Steam Presses, Hand Presses and adequate capacity of utility machineries like Steam Boiler, Air Compressor, Diesel Generator, Water Filter and Water Softener. These machines are operated by experienced technicians and qualified engineers.
Work force
Our highly trained supervisors, ground staff, linen controllers, ironers and delivery personnel execute their jobs to perfection. Also proper backup personnel for continuous job execution during holidays and leaves are appointed. We make sure that they live in good living conditions, by providing them with accommodation near the work place and also take care of their meals. This makes them feel comfortable and they work with full effort.
Standardized processing
The linen of various type and colour have standardized programs including chemicals and time needed for processing. In all, 5 to7 chemicals are used in a wash cycle – wetting agent, emulsifier, built detergent, oxidized bleach, whitener, softener and others.
The quantity of each chemical and its dosage is used so that the final pH level of the linen is standardised, between 6.5 to 7.5. Even the water used for processing is of 0-5 ppm hardness and extremely clean. This upgrades the quality as well as life of linen.
QC of linen
We normally prefer new linen to be stamped with permanent ink for its date of expiration. The life of linen is checked based on the number of washes. This finally is going to reduce the capital cost of linen.
